Tuition Holds

Typically a hold is placed on your account due to non-payment of tuition and fees or short term loans.  Tuition Holds may restrict acess to register for future terms, transcript requests, or diploma requests. 

How to Remove a Hold

Holds are removed when the balance is paid in Full.

 Tuition and Fees can be paid via the Student Portal.  Make a Payment - Student

Short Term Loans issued prior to September 1, 2017 can only be paid via the Student Business Office currently. Please contact our office for the current balance of your loan. 806-743-7867.  

Loans issued after September 1, 2017 can be paid via the Short Term Loans website

How long does it take to have a hold removed?

Payments made online via the student portal are verified and holds removed within 48 hours after payment is received. If payment has been made and you believe that the hold should be removed, please contact our office by email or phone. SBS@ttuhsc.edu / 806-743-7867
